At some point, you have to make a decision. Boundaries don't keep other people out. They fence you in. Life is messy. That's how we're made. So, you can waste your lives drawing lines. Or you can live your life crossing them. But there are some lines... that are way too dangerous to cross.

It's been two years since the interns started the internship at Seattle Grace Hospital and a lot has changed since then. The interns all passed their medical boards and are officially residents... and even better, they are about to get their own interns this summer.

But besides their medical careers a lot else has changed for the "interns" of Seattle Grace in the last two years -- Meredith Grey and Derek Shepherd are finally engaged. Izzie Stevens is now Izzie Duquette after she and Denny got married only ten months after he left the hospital after his successful heart transplant. George O'Malley and Callie Torres have been married for little over a year, but even after a couple rough spots they are still together. Cristina Yang and Preston Burke have also been married for a while and doing really well. Addison Montgomery left Seattle for a while but later decided to return and give her and Mark Slon's relationship another try. As for Alex... well, he's still Alex.
